Advocate Health Care is a health care provider network with eight hospitals, two children's hospitals and many community health centers serving the metropitan Chicago area. Our mission is to serve the health needs of individuals, families and communities through a wholistic philosophy rooted in our fundamental understanding of human beings as created in the image of God. Recognized as one of the leading integrated health care delivery networks in the United States, Advocate is a faith-based, not-for-profit organization formed in 1995, but actually traces its beginnings back more than 100 years.
